Current issues with implementing a palliative approach in long-term care: Where do we go from here?

In this issue of Palliative Medicine, Collingridge Moore et al. identified, based on a scoping review, four key implementation strategies, including the following: (1) facilitation (internally and externally), (2) education and training, (3) internal engagement (e.g. onsite champion teams), and (4) external engagement (e.g. palliative consultants who work outside of the long-term care sector).
